Vorfreude auf das ERASMUS+ Treffen in Portugal ...
und jede Menge Vorbereitungen
Endlich ist es bald soweit: Das erste Treffen der insgesamt 32 Schülerinnen und Schüler und ca.10 Lehrkräfte der vier Partnerschulen aus Portugal, Deutschland, Italien und Spanien findet vom 27. Januar bis zum 2. Februar 2019 in Marinha Grande in Portugal statt. Damit erreicht das große ERASMUS+ Projekt unserer Schule seinen ersten Höhepunkt!
In der Kommunikationssprache Englisch werden sich alle Schülerinnen und Schüler gemeinsam handlungs- und projektorientiert mit dem europäischen Erbe rund um das Genre „Drama“ austauschen. In diesem wichtigen Jahr der Europawahl kommt dieser Form des kulturellen Austausches eine besondere Bedeutung zu, geht es doch darum, historisch gewachsene Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zu entdecken, gleichzeitig aber auch nationale Identitäten für die Partner erfahrbar zu präsentieren. Unser internationales Treffen kann so ein Zeichen für gelingende Zusammenarbeit in Europa setzen.
Dafür haben alle Beteiligten eine Menge vorbereitet. So haben sie z.B. alle einen eigens zu diesem Treffen erstellten Flyer im Gepäck, der über die Kultur des eigenen Landes informiert. Dazu kommen u.a. Kostüme und Skripte für ein Theaterstück, das vor Ort im Gastland Portugal gemeinsam aufgeführt werden soll.
Wir sind sehr gespannt auf die realen Begegnungen mit den anderen Gruppen aus Marinha Grande, Rom und Madrid und natürlich auf das sehr vielfältig gestaltete Programm unserer portugiesischen Partnerschule in Marinha Grande.
Doch bevor es losgeht, muss noch ordentlich Portugiesisch gelernt werden!

This is my first time taking part in an exchange including groups from more than two countries, and also the first time that I feel like being a real part of the EU community. I hope everybody can share something from the others and learn something from them.
Our WhatsApp group and Instagram group enables us to get to know each other before the trip even starts, everyone has been very passionate and friendly, can’t wait to meet you!

What I expect from our exchange meeting in Portugal:
In my opinion it’s great to get to know the culture of different countries in general, especially the Portuguese culture seems quite interesting. I’m really excited about the different food habits and for sure about the behavior of Portuguese people.
Additionally I’m very happy about getting to know new people and their daily life. For sure I have learned the language a bit, and it’s a great experience to listen to new languages and use them as well.
Things that could probably make me feel uneasy, have not entered my mind which is a good sign.
I’m grateful for this project and it will for sure be a nice week for the students, host families and the teachers.
